June 24th  to October 29th

1.200,- Can$  (minimum stay 1 week)

1.080,- Can$  (minimum stay 2 weeks)

Check-in: Friday after 4:00 pm     

Check-out: Friday by 11:00 am

Payment:

A 30% advance payment  is required upon booking and confirms the reservation.

The remaining balance of rent is due 30 days prior to check-in.

Damage Deposit:

A damage/cleaning deposit of $ 250.00 is required, due one week prior to check-in.

The damage deposit is not applied toward rent but is fully refundable within 10 days after check-out provided the following provisions are met:

(1) No damage is done to unit, its contents, or the property, beyond normal wear and tear

(2) No garbage bags are being left in/at the cottage (Disposal in the gray boxes at the entry  of Falkenham Road)

(3) All keys are given back at check-out time

(4) All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure

(5) No linens are lost or damaged

(6) Dishes and cutlery are washed up and back in cupboards

(7) Cottage is tidy (floors are vacuum cleaned/ kitchen counters are wiped down)
